Historic Designation
Inspired by the glamour of Tin Pan Alley, the legendary 1920s music publishing mecca located just a few blocks away, The Redbury New York is a historical landmark curated in collaboration with The Redbury’s flagship creative visionary and acclaimed photographer Matthew Rolston.
Matthew Rolston
This internationally renowned visual artist Matthew Rolston, known for both his photography—which has graced over 100 Rolling Stone covers as well as many other prominent publications—and his music videos and commercials, has taken to designing real-world environments for style-focused audiences. The Redbury New York is just one example of his hospitality curations.
Interior Style
Redbury Creative Director Matthew Rolston dove deep into New York’s illustrious history as one of the birthplaces of American pop music and rock ‘n’ roll, incorporating elements of this narrative into the property’s 259 newly-renovated guest rooms and interiors.
